Fox in a Box - Chicago gives you the option to complete waivers online ahead of your game.
If you think you might be pressed for time on the day of your scheduled game, you can complete your liability waiver ahead of time, here, online.
This online convenience is also useful for parents who need to fill out a waiver for minors, who will be playing, and when parents will not be joining them. Please note, an adult must complete a waiver for each person 17 years old and younger playing at Fox in a Box.
