I ACCIDENTALLY BOOKED THE WRONG DAY; CAN YOU FIX IT?

At Fox in a Box - Chicago, if you booked the wrong day or time there's a good chance we can make changes without penalty as long as you still have 72 or more hours before your actual game.


We understand that sometimes mistakes happen when booking. You've misread the calendar, or selected the wrong time, or not the room your team wanted. In these cases, if you have made the booking within the hour, give us a call and we can usually fix it with minimal or no additional cost. (Note that the per person price of Zodiac is slightly higher than that of Bank, Bunker, or Prison. So if switching to/from Zodiac, there will be a minimal price adjustment.)

Also, if the request for the change occurs more than 72 hours in advance of your intend game, we can usually change the booking (room, day, time) without penalty.

If however your booking was made some time ago and is coming up in less than 72 hours, we are not able to make changes as we have already arranged for staff to facilitate your event and guarantee your private experience.

If it's just a matter of adding people to your booking, you can add one or more players up to and including the day of your reservation. Please refer to our player limits for each room.

Please note that while we can often make reservation changes with more than 72 hours notice, we cannot give refunds once a booking has been made.
